Thank you for choosing to stay in our townhome. We hope that you have a wonderful vacation in Park City.

Map 

Door Lock

The code to the front door is unique for each guest, and is the last four digits of the phone number used to make the reservation. For example, if your phone number is 801-910-4265, then your access code to open the deadbolt is "4265 + Lockstate."

To unlock the door, you simply enter your code followed by the "Lockstate" button.

To lock the door,  you push the "Lockstate" button twice while gently pulling on the door.

Garage Door

There is a 4-car garage below the townhome.  The first bay holds 2 cars and is always available for guest use. The back bay is usually empty, but please call prior to arrival to make sure that we have it available.

An outside garage door opener is mounted to the left of the garage. Slide the cover up and enter 17040 to open the garage. Another garage door button is located inside the townhome, on the wall facing the door just as you enter the front door.

Check-in & check-out time

Check-in is 3 pm and check-out is 10 am local time.

Smoking

Smoking is absolutely prohibited within the townhome and (per UT law) within 50 feet of the building.

Pets

We do not allow pets in our townhome. Thank you for respecting this rule.
