A Great Place... This townhouse is exactly as advertised and was a comfortable and beautiful place for our family of four (kids 12 and 15) to stay for four nights while we played in Park City. We really used the rental...hot tub, grill, entertainment systems, gas fireplace, board games, washer/dryer, and we cooked all our meals in the large, well-stocked kitchen. We used the heated bathroom floor on a chilly morning (and the fan on a warm night), and we parked a car and bikes in the garage. Everything worked well. We loved the three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and guest robes.

We drove most places but did walk to the shops a couple of times and rode the free shuttle bus back to the townhouse, or rode bikes. There were lots of good options for getting around and the location is convenient but quiet.

One note for those who really like their privacy or are bothered by noise: The decks are rather small and have no separation between units, so a party in a hot tub next door could feel like an intrusion if you wanted to be outside. The adjoining units were empty most the time we were there so it wasn’t an issue for us, but during a busier season, it would something to keep in mind. Or, with fun neighbors, it could all be one big party. :)
We love mountain towns in the summer, and this was our first trip to the Park City area. Utah Olympic Park was fantastic. Worth the trip to PC just for that. The owner, Hank, is great to work with! He really cares about the guests’ experience and responds quickly. I would recommend this rental!

Beautiful Townhouse in Fantastic Location. This property is a real find. Beautifully appointed in a prime location in Deer Valley. Walk to Ski area or to Main Street. Free bus also stops right at complex. Townhouse is stunning and has all the details thought through by the owners. This is a property I am planning on renting again during ski season and is one I would recommend unconditionally!

Best of the best. My family has stayed in several VRBO properties around the US and this is one of the best places we’ve stayed. It is immaculate and furnished in a very comfortable and pleasing way. The layout of the bedrooms (each with its own en suite bathroom) is perfect for families or groups of friends and we appreciated the addition of the daybed/trundle beds in two of the bedrooms for little ones. Every detail has been thought through and they have provided any amenity one could want. Our kids enjoyed playing with the toys and books provided in one of the bedrooms along with the Wii system in another. Bath salts were provided for the master bathtub. The kitchen was large and adequately supplied with equipment (including K cups!) so that we could eat a couple meals “in.” The free Park City shuttle bus stop is nearby and we took it into Main Street for a festival, avoiding parking hassles. Perhaps the best part of this property is the experience dealing with the owner. From the time of reservation all the way through our stay, he was in contact with us and catered to our every need and question. You can tell they want to make this a memorable experience for their guests and we were not disappointed. We felt like we were staying as guests in someone’s exquisite home rather than renting a property. Highly recommend!

Best VRBO I’ve stayed at yet. I thought this was the best placed we”ve stayed at yet. Deer valley is marvelous in the summer and we have been going there for several years. This condo is an oasis... best one we’ve found!

The deck out back is beautiful and has a really nice hot tub. They had cozy robes for us to use (which was nice because it got surprisingly cool at night) and a little waterproof speaker for us to use with our phone.

Pretty much everything in the kitchen seemed new and there was a BBQ grill, so we cooked ‘at home’ all three nights instead of going out to eat, which was a real money saver. I cant say enough nice things about the “mellow moose!” PS: Thanks for the spectacular Pinot, Hank!

Couldn’t have been better! The floor to ceiling windows made it light and bright, yet because it backs the mountainside the space is very private. The views are lovely (even from the master bath - relaxing in the tub and watching the snow fall outside was totally awesome). We did quite a bit of cooking and our picky “chef” found the kitchen extremely functional. The ability to completely darken the bedrooms was a godsend for those of us who wanted to sleep in or enjoy an afternoon nap. Quiet appliances were definitely appreciated. WiFi signal was strong throughout the home, essential for those of us who had work to catch up on or wanted to stream music. The gorgeous dark wood flooring, luxurious linens and comfortable beds, built-in closet systems and spacious layout made us feel like we didn’t want to leave.

The Baskins were warm and gracious. All the little amenities like bathrobes in the closets and coffee in the cupboard helped make our stay relaxing and easy. We can’t wait to go back!

Gorgeous, modern home in the heart of Deer Valley Resort and historic Park City with full amenities. This was my first ever ski trip to Deer Valley Resort located in Park City, Utah. I arrived on the morning of March 31st and stayed for three nights. The townhome owner provided excellent recommendations for Express Shuttle service from Salt Lake City Airport to the townhome. The shuttle commute from the airport to the townhome took about 40 minutes. My 11 year old son and I settled in, unpacked, and then headed out to explore the Deer Valley Resort for some downhill snow skiing. There are free shuttles to and from the townhome to the resort and other areas of interest around Park City. The bus stop is approximately 100 yards from the townhome which was extremely convenient. We rented skis and purchased lift tickets at Snow Park which was a stone’s throw away from the townhome. On one of the days, I walked to Snow Park which took about 20 minutes (the bus ride took about 1-2 minutes). The spring break skiing was wonderful and we enjoyed about 14 inches of fresh snow during our short 4 day trip. The townhome was newly remodeled and had new furniture, appliances and mattresses. Each bedroom was fully equipped with a TV and full bathroom. The master bathroom had a wonderful shower and jacuzzi tub (a huge bonus for sore muscles after a long day of skiing). The main living area had a electric start fireplace and TV equipped with a newer model TiVo and Google Chromecast. The Wifi throughout the townhome worked wonderfully and without any interruption. The kitchen appliances were all new including the fridge, range and microwave. We did not use the two car garage but it would have been helpful if we had rented a car. The nights were quiet (no noise from neighbors, community or traffic). The only thing that may be missing from the townhome is a washer and dryer for those wanting to stay longer at this property but I think the townhome owner is considering adding this in the near future. It was very easy to venture out to historic Park City and some of the nearby shopping areas in and around town. I cannot wait to come back to Park City and Deer Valley in the near future. I would definitely rent this townhome again and highly recommend this townhome to families and large groups that want to make the most of their trip to Park City and the fine winter and summer resorts nearby. This would also be a wonderful location for the Sundance Film festival which takes place in historic Park City every year.
